Otabek Akbarov becomes Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Italy

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Italy, the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

Otabek Akbarov became the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Italy.

Prior to that, he worked as the head of the Office of Cooperation with the countries of South Asia, Middle East and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.

On 30 August, Otabek Akbarov left Tashkent for Rome.
