Orient Finans Bank increases charter capital by 10.471bn soums

The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a decision on new emission of shares of Orient Finans Bank.

Within the emission, the Uzbek bank will place 41,886,000 ordinary shares with par value of 1,250 soums each.

The shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders with the replacement of old share with par value of 1,000 soums to new ones with nominal value of 1,250 soums.

In the result, the charter capital increased by 10.471 billion soums and reached over 52.357 billion soums.
