Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — JSC Octobank has announced the termination of its contractual relationship with the company HUMANS regarding the issuance and servicing of co-branded Visa bank cards.

According to the bank’s official statement, as of 6:00 p.m. on June 13, 2025, all operations using Humans cards will be discontinued.

The statement clarifies that all funds previously held on Humans cards have been transferred to users’ personal accounts within the HUMANS financial service system. These balances are now fully managed by LLC HUMANS.

In this regard, Octobank advises customers seeking refunds to contact HUMANS directly.

Meanwhile, the Interdistrict Economic Court is reviewing a civil case filed by JSC Octobank against LLC HUMANS concerning the recovery of outstanding debts and compensation for incurred losses. The total amount of the claim exceeds 500 billion Uzbek soums.
