Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Chief State Sanitary Inspector Nurmat Otabekov spoke about the condition of patients infected with coronavirus and being treated in medical institutions of Uzbekistan.

“Of the 87 patients of the Research Institute of Virology, 27 have signs of pneumonia, the condition of 4 patients is serious, 1 person is in an extremely serious condition,” he noted.

It was also reported that out of 93 patients at the Research Institute of Epidemiology, Microbiology and Infectious Diseases in Tashkent, 2 were in serious condition.

53 patients of the clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy, where 165 people are under treatment, have signs of pneumonia. 5 people are in serious condition.
