Number of Tourists from Uzbekistan to Saudi Arabia Increases by Nearly 50%

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From January to August 2025, 165,700 Uzbek citizens visited Saudi Arabia for tourism purposes, according to the National Statistics Committee.

Compared to the same period of last year, the figure increased by 53,800 people, or 48.1%.

The majority of Uzbeks traveled to the Kingdom for leisure, totaling 141,600 people.

Additionally, 23,500 citizens visited relatives, 548 traveled for medical treatment, 62 for official business, and 18 for educational purposes.
