The ministry notes that the spouse, two children and daughter-in-law of a passenger, who arrived in Ferghana from Saudi Arabia after the Umrah, contracted the virus. They were placed in an infectious diseases hospital in Ferghana.

Another case of COVID-19 was detected in Tashkent region. The patient is at the Institute of Virology in Tashkent.

The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the country has reached 65.
