Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A resolution has been adopted to convene the fifth plenary meeting of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis on 19 June 2020.

During the plenary meeting, which will be held in the form of video conferencing, it is planned to consider a number of topical issues.

At the plenary meeting, in particular, the following laws will be considered:

- “On innovation activity”;

- “On hunting and hunting economy”;

- “On the participation of citizens in the protection of public order”;

- "On geodetic and cartographic activities."

In addition, the senators will discuss the laws “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Rational Use of Energy”, “On Amendments and Additions to the Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at ensuring reliable protection of the rights and legitimate interests of convicts”, "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan."

Along with this, it is planned to hear information from the Minister of Justice on the work done in Uzbekistan in 2019 in the field of legal propaganda and enlightenment.
