New Zealand envoy discuss trade-economic ties at Uzbek Foreign Trade Ministry

During the meeting, the current state and prospects for development of trade and economic relations between the two countries were discussed, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Trade said.

The parties stated that despite the geographical remoteness of the two countries, there are a number of promising areas of mutually beneficial cooperation.

Ambassador Hill highly appreciated the decisive initiatives of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyeva on comprehensive development of the economy of Uzbekistan and the conditions created for foreign investors.
