New Vice Presidents Elected at the IPC General Assembly
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The General Assembly of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) was held in Seoul, during which new vice presidents of the organization were elected.
IPC members, comprising national Paralympic committees, international federations, and sports organizations, unanimously supported the candidacy of Leila Marques Mota from Portugal, elected as First Vice President, and Jon Petersson from Denmark, appointed as Second Vice President.
The National Paralympic Committee of Uzbekistan congratulated the newly elected leaders and wished them success in advancing the IPC’s mission and achieving new milestones in the development of the Paralympic movement.
