New Tourist Train Route “Orient Silk Road Express” Departs from Tashkent
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 4 October 2025, the new tourist train route Orient Silk Road Express departed from Tashkent Central Station, carrying travelers from more than ten countries, the press service of JSC O‘ztemiryo‘lyo‘lovchi reported.
A ceremonial welcome was organized in the VIP lounge, featuring live music and a buffet with traditional Uzbek dishes. The atmosphere of Eastern hospitality, combined with melodies played both at the welcome and during the journey, created a vibrant mood and left tourists with unforgettable impressions from the very start of their stay in Uzbekistan.
