New service to help parents to find out location of schools and micro-districts on the online map

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - A modern service became available to parents to clarify the location of schools and micro-districts on the online map.

The new service, gis.uzedu.uz, will help parents find out their micro-districts and the school, which belongs to this territory.

At the moment, in the test mode, all schools in the city of Tashkent with their own micro-districts are entered into the online map.

To use the service, you must enter the site and select the Main Department of Public Education of Tashkent (Toshkent shahri xalq ta’limi bosh boshqarmasi) or a separate district. After that, you must click on the "Show schools" button (Maktablarni ko’rish) and the system will show a map with schools (the schools where the new order of admission is introduced are shown in red).

The service was developed by the ICT Development Center in the field of public education. The service also has the location of schools throughout the country. In the future, the service will be expanded and there will be an opportunity to see micro-districts of all schools of the republic.
