New neighborhood for university teachers to be build in Student Town

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – New neighborhood for university teachers will be created in Student Ci Town ty in Tashkent.

The relevant government document defines the construction of six 9-storey low-cost houses for teachers, mentors and researchers of higher educational institutions in the Student Town of Almazar district of Tashkent in 2019-2020.

For these houses, Ipoteka-Bank offers banks mortgage loans on the following terms:

- loan period of 20 years, down payment of 25 percent and a grace period of 1 year;

-the rate is set from the initial rate of 7 percent (taking into account the 2-percent margin of banks) during the first 5 years of the loan, with an annual proportional increase until the refinancing rate is reached and at the refinancing rate in subsequent years.
