New joint venture to design energy facilities

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - A joint venture Uzenergoengineering – Assystem is being created in Uzbekistan together with France, which will design all types of electric networks and energy facilities using innovative technologies. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy.

The agreement on this was signed on 24 September 2019 during a meeting at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan with representatives of Assystem Engineeringand Operation Services S.A.S. (France).

The joint venture is being established by a French partner company with Uzenergoengineering JSC.

A new joint venture is being created in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the form of a limited liability company.

The basis of the joint venture Uzenergoengineering – Assystem will be the use of innovative technologies and the achievements of modern science in the design of all types of electrical networks and power facilities.

Signed Agreement was a landmark in cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the French “Assystem”. It was preceded by a conclusion between the partners of the Memorandum of Understanding for the purpose of mutually beneficial technical cooperation in the field of energy in May of this year. The document confirmed the intention of the parties to stimulate new forms of technical cooperation, such as the development and management of projects in the energy sector.
