Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The Government of Uzbekistan approved the Regulation “On the Inspectorate for the Control of the Agro-Industrial Complex”.
According to the Regulations, the Inspectorate is a government body and exercises control over the agro-industrial complex.
The Inspectorate monitors compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of agriculture and water management.
The Regulation also defines the rights and responsibilities and functions of the inspectorate.
The head of the inspectorate is appointed and dismissed by the President.
The head of the inspectorate regularly reports to the Government and the President on his activities.
