Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, the Minister of Health Alisher Shadmanov expressed deep gratitude to 108 medical workers from the clinic of the Research Institute of Virology, 44 - from the multidisciplinary clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy, a total of 152 doctors, paramedical and junior medical staff who showed dedication in the effective treatment of patients with coronavirus infection. With the participation of responsible persons, they spent on rehabilitation. Now they will be replaced by another dedicated group of medical workers.

Currently, more than one hundred thousand medical workers in our country treat hundreds of patients with coronavirus infection, conduct medical monitoring of thousands of quarantined citizens. It is worth noting the bold and hard work of our doctors. It is gratifying that our doctors prove with their dedication that coronavirus infection can be effectively treated. In particular, thanks to the efforts of doctors, 110 patients were completely cured in the clinic of the Virology Research Institute, 48 patients in the multidisciplinary clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy, for a total of 158 people.

Most importantly, the medical staff who remain at work for their families, loved ones, people and strive to contribute to the effective treatment of patients with coronavirus infection deserves all recognition. The head of state in his address to the people during a series of video-selective meetings aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus infection also paid special attention to the work of our doctors. In particular, he noted the work of dedicated and noble doctors who show true courage and perseverance, working on the front lines. In addition, our people also strongly support medical personnel and people who are actively working in the fight against coronavirus infection.

This high respect will undoubtedly be a huge support and will give additional strength to our heroic doctors who valiantly fight against coronavirus infection.
