New generation of Malibu presented in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- New generation of Malibu car with turbo engine was presented at Pskent Automobile Ground. GM Uzbekistan launched production of Malibu within the global programme on updating model line.

The participants of the presentation had chance to test the cars and assess advantages of the car with new engine.

Currently, almost all car producers are introducing engines with turbochargers stage-by-stage. According to some forecasts, 48% of products cars will be equipped with turbo engines by 2021.

Malibu is equipped with 2.5-liter engine with turbo engine. Its power is 253 horse powers.

The car can reach 100 km/s for 1.7 seconds despite it has lower engine volume.

Malibu car with turbo engine consumes in combined circle 8.5 liters of gasoline 100 km.

The model is of Lux class as it provides high level of comfortability.
