New freight train route links Uzbekistan and China
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
A new freight train route linked Uzbekistan and China, Xinhua agency reported.
The report said that a new China-Europe freight train running between eastern China’s Jiangxi Province and Uzbekistan has been launched.
The train departed from Ganzhou city Friday and is expected to arrive in Tashkent 12 days later.
The train is loaded with steel coils, garments and daily items, valued at US$1.8 million.
