New deputy governor of Jizzakh region appointed

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A new deputy khokim (governor) of Jizzakh region for investment, innovation, assistance to privatized enterprises and the development of small industrial zones and tourism was appointed.

Azim Ahmedkhadjayev has been appointed deputy governor of Jizzakh region for investment, innovation, assistance to privatized enterprises and the development of small industrial zones and tourism.

The Kengash of people’s deputies of Jizzakh region approved Akhmedkhadzhaev’s candidacy for the post of deputy khokim.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Deputy Director of the National Project Management Agency (NAPU) under the President of Uzbekistan.
