New Chinese technological university can be opened in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 25 January 2019, a meeting with the delegation of the People’s Republic of China was held at  Tashkent city administration. Guests are interested in opening a new multidisciplinary university, the press service of Tashkent city khokimiyat said.

In this educational institution, it is planned to train a large number of students in various industries. In order to train high quality specialists, it is planned to equip a number of special rooms for practical implementation of the laboratory work and research.

Students will be provided with machines, devices and consumables. As follows from the above, the learning process carries a large number of practical classes in chemical production, biotechnology, automotive, and information engineering.

Representatives of the foreign delegation are already in the process of inspecting a suitable building to house the material and practical base of the university there.

As a result of this visit, a corresponding decision will be made on further concrete actions.
