Negotiations with the leadership of the Abu Dhabi Development Fund takes place

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 22 September, negotiations of the delegation of Uzbekistan with the leadership of the Abu Dhabi Development Fund, headed by Director General Mohammed al-Suwaydi, took place in the city of Abu Dhabi.

During the negotiations that took place in a positive manner, the implementation of joint projects and initiatives was reviewed, the significant progress achieved by the parties was noted as a result of coordinated efforts and close interaction.

In particular, issues of activity of the newly created Uzbek-Emirate investment company and its participation in the implementation of projects in Uzbekistan were examined.

Initiatives already implemented were also considered: a number of projects in the field of tourism development and infrastructure development, including in the regions of the country.

Separately, the prospects of expanding cooperation with the Fund by opening additional financing lines were discussed.

Following the talks, a program of further actions was formed aimed at accelerated implementation of joint projects.
