Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Overhaul of several wells is underway at the South Kemachi field in the Mubarek oil and gas production department of Uzbekneftegaz. This was reported by the press service of Uzbekneftegaz.

In particular, major work was carried out in well No. 145. Water inflow isolation works were carried out by Uzneftegazkuduktamirlash.

As a result of the perforation work in the intervals 2217-2221m, 2226-2230m, an industrial gas inflow was obtained with a daily flow rate of 70 thousand cubic meters and 1.2 tons of gas condensate.

The South Kemachi oil and gas condensate field is located in Karaulbazar district of Bukhara region and was commissioned in 1978.
