It should be noted that the Government has created an integrated system to ensure and monitor the implementation of the State program, which provides for the implementation of projects totaling 18.2 trillion soums and US$10.3 billion.
In order to ensure macroeconomic stability and continuous functioning of economic sectors during the pandemic, to prevent a sharp decline in household incomes, an anti-crisis fund under the Ministry of Finance in the amount of 10 trillion soums was created, a number of practical measures have been taken.
The deadline for the fulfillment of 3 of the 15 items subject to the implementation program in the first quarter of this year was extended.
The Chairman of the Senate expressed her attitude to this issue and listed the work that needs to be done. In particular, it was noted that the Government paid special attention to the draft parameters for organizing new jobs this year and ensuring employment for people who returned from foreign countries due to a pandemic and who were left without work by another category of citizens. It was said about entering data on the performance of 62 tasks, the implementation of which is provided for in accordance with the Program during the year.
“As you see, each instruction of the State Program is very important,” T. Narbaeva said. - Senators must also control their implementation, it is necessary to discuss it in local Kengashes, and if necessary, bring the issue to the Senate for discussion. At the same time, the institutions of parliamentary and senatorial requests should be effectively used. It should be especially noted that we will have to raise with the Government the question of the conformity of the position held by the heads of ministries and departments, who systematically fail to fulfill orders within the framework of the State Program.
