Namangan’s GRP makes up 3.441 trln. soums in 1H

The gross regional product of Namangan region grew by 9.2% in the first half of 2016 and made up 3.441 trillion soums.
Industrial production in the region rose by 12.7%, agriculture output – 8%, consumer goods production – 13%, used investments – 9.8%, construction works – 12.9%, retail trade turnover -14% and rendered services 12.9%.
About 56 enterprises exported products for US$18.5 million. The region increased type of exported goods by 21.
About 40 projects out of 57, included to the programme of development of industrial potential of Namangan region for 2016-2019, received financing for US$10.6 million. About 30 projects were completed.
