MPs sends amendments to Criminal and Administrative responsibility Codes to revision

Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan discussed a law on introduction changes to article 144 of the Criminal Code and article 43 of the Code on administrative responsibility on 29 October 2014.
The amendments are introduced in connection with adoption of the law “On appeals of individuals and legal entities”. It envisages setting administrative and criminal liability for violation of legislation on appeals of individuals and legal entities, the press service of the Legislative Chamber said.
After discussions, MPs directed the document to revision and entrusted the corresponding committee to prepare the document for next reading.
