MPs pass law “On appeals of individuals and legal entities”

The document is aimed at further improving order of appeals of the citizens to state bodies, filling legal gap in regulation of public relations, related to consideration of appeals of legal entities.

The document also strengthens legal opportunity to submission of appeals with use of modern information-communication devices and technologies.

The law guarantees protection of rights and freedoms of the citizens, as well as interests of the legal entities. The document will allow to improve work of the state bodies with legal entities and individuals.

MPs passed the law and will be directed to Senate of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan for approval.
