More Than 65,000 Uzbekistan Citizens Visited Egypt

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In 2025, Egypt was visited by 65,426 citizens of Uzbekistan, according to the National Committee on Statistics of Uzbekistan.

This figure is 18,000 higher than in the previous year, representing a year-on-year increase of 38.1 percent.

The vast majority of visitors, 59,374 people, travelled for tourism purposes. In addition, 5,826 citizens visited relatives, 175 arrived for medical treatment, 21 travelled for educational purposes, and 30 visited Egypt on official business.
