Mobile Laboratories Operate Around the Clock in Tashkent to Monitor Air Quality
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The capital of Uzbekistan continues to strengthen control over the state of atmospheric air.
Mobile environmental laboratories from the Analytical Control Center for Environmental Protection under the National Committee for Ecology and Climate Change operate 24/7 across all districts of Tashkent.
One of these laboratories is currently conducting monitoring around the “Turkiston” metro station in the Yunusabad district. Specialists record pollution indicators and promptly transmit the data to the relevant authorities.
The Committee for Ecology noted that an operational headquarters has been established to improve air quality.
In cooperation with specialized organizations, measures are being taken to reduce pollution and enhance the city’s environmental situation.
Following inspections, identified sources of pollution are referred to competent authorities for appropriate response measures.
