Ministry of Justice Expands List of Agencies with State Civil Service

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Ministry of Justice has registered an order titled “On Amendments and Additions to the List of State Bodies and Organizations Introducing the State Civil Service, and to the State Register of Positions” (registration No. 3705, dated 14 November 2025).

According to the document, the list of state bodies and organizations where the state civil service is being introduced now includes the Agency for Telecommunications Regulation, the Agency for the Development of Light Industry, and the Agency for Vocational Education.

The order also expands the State Register of Civil Service Positions at the national, regional, and district levels. New positions have been added within ministries and agencies, including Head of Information Service, Chief Inspector, Chief Consultant, Chief Legal Advisor, and other roles.

The additions also cover territorial divisions, introducing positions such as Press Secretary, Head of Office, Senior and Lead Consultants, among other posts.
