Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Another patient with coronavirus has died in Uzbekistan. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Health.

On 14 April, a 73-year-old resident of Namangan was transferred to the intensive care unit of a regional infectious diseases hospital with a diagnosis of coronary heart disease, second degree of hypertension, atherosclerotic cardiosclerosis, bilateral pneumonia, and acute respiratory failure.

The patient was diagnosed with coronavirus infection. All these days, the condition of an elderly patient was under the supervision of leading specialists of medical institutions.

Despite the resuscitation procedures performed by cardiologists, virologists, pulmonologists, therapists and resuscitators, the patient died of heart failure.
