Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Another victory for medical staff in the fight against coronavirus infection: another 15 patients from Bukhara region and 4 patients from Khorezm region were completely cured. With the participation of senior officials of the regional health department, they were carried out for rehabilitation.
In Bukhara region, 7 people arrived on a charter flight from Russia and 4 from Turkey and were quarantined. After coronavirus infection was confirmed, they were hospitalized. 11 of them are men and 4 women. 6 patients from the city of Tashkent, 3 from Bukhara and 2 from Surkhandarya region, one from the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Samarkand, Andijan and Syrdarya regions. The oldest of them is 54 years old, and the youngest is 16 years old.
In Bukhara region, so far 68 patients have been cured, and now their number has reached 83.
In Khorezm region, all the survivors arrived on a charter flight from Russia, and after confirmation of the coronavirus infection, they were transferred to the regional infectious diseases hospital. Among them are 3 women, 1 man, two of them from Bukhara region, one from Samarkand and Andijan regions. Among them, the eldest is 45 years old, and the youngest is 27 years old.
To date, 10 patients from the Khorezm region have fully recovered.
Currently, 293 patients have recovered from coronavirus infection in Uzbekistan.
