Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - By order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in order to promptly inform consumers in the autumn-winter period, a Press Headquarters was created. It includes press secretaries of organizations of the fuel and energy complex.

As practice shows, in connection with a sharp increase in the consumption of electricity and natural gas in the autumn-winter period associated with a cold snap, the number of requests on these issues increases significantly.

In this regard, it is important to provide timely information on the construction and installation work carried out at the enterprises of the fuel and energy complex, the volumes of supply of electricity, oil products, natural and liquefied gas, as well as the reasons for the malfunctions and their elimination.

Taking this into account, in order to provide full information to consumers, as well as media representatives, bloggers and other applicants, on the basis of the relevant order of the Minister of Energy, a “Press Headquarters” was created, which will operate in the autumn-winter period of 2021-2022.

The joint work of press secretaries will be aimed at the timely preparation of relevant information, including about emerging problems and their solutions, as well as responses to consumer appeals.
