According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan, the delegation of Uzbekistan was headed by the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan Davron Nazarmukhamedov, the delegation of Kyrgyzstan - the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Daniyar Abdykarov.

During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of cooperation in the fight against crime, information exchange in the field of combating terrorism, extremism, illegal migration, illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan signed a protocol on cooperation for 2018-2019.

Within the framework of the visit, the delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan got acquainted with the implementation of the "Safe City" project in the activities of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Tashkent.
