Ministries of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan and Belarus sign cooperation plan

The Ministries of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan and Belarus signed a cooperation plan for 2018-2019 on countering extremism, terrorism and illegal migration. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan.
First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan Davron Nazarmukhamedov held talks with First Deputy Interior Minister of Belarus Ivan Podgursky.
The sides discussed issues of cooperation in combating terrorism, extremism, illegal migration, human trafficking, as well as on the rapid exchange of information.
As a result of the meeting, a cooperation plan for 2018-2019 was signed to counteract extremism, terrorism and illegal migration.
