Minister of Construction and Housing and Utilities Visits Kyrgyzstan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from the Republic of Uzbekistan, led by Minister of Construction and Housing and Utilities Sherzod Khidoyatov, is on a working visit to Kyrgyzstan, the press service of the Ministry reported.
The visit is timed to mark the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the first state body in the construction sector of Kyrgyzstan.
As part of the trip, Sherzod Khidoyatov met with Nurdon Oruntaev, Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Utilities of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The two ministers discussed key issues of mutual interest and outlined areas for further cooperation in the construction sector.
During the visit, the Uzbek delegation will tour several construction sites and participate in talks aimed at expanding bilateral cooperation. The official ceremony dedicated to the anniversary of Kyrgyzstan’s Ministry of Construction will take place today, on 1 August.
