Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - A decision was made by the khokim of Tashkent “On Approving the Minimum Cost of Acquiring the Permanent Use of the Land.”

It provides information on the starting cost of the land on the basis of the approved minimum cost of the right to permanent use of the land, as determined by the Office of the Real Estate and Land Cadastre of Tashkent.

According to the decision, the Tax Administration of Tashkent city introduces the minimum cost of the right to permanently use a piece of land in the capital to the YERELEKTRON automated information system.

The minimum cost of the right to permanent use of a land plot in Tashkent will be determined by zones and districts.
