Microcreditbank to issue bonds for 2 billion soums

The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission on 4 October 2012.

Within the emission, the bank will place 2,000 corporate bonds with par value of 1 million soums each. Total sum of the issue is 2 billion soums.

Maturity term of the bonds is 1,820 calendar days. The coupon is equal to refinancing rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, which is equal to 12% APR. The coupon will be paid each quarter.
