MFO “Biznes Finans” Prepares New Bond Issue of 10 Billion Soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 25 November 2025, the microfinance organization “Biznes Finans” announced the issuance of its fifth bond series totaling 10 billion soums with a coupon rate of 27% per annum.

The nominal value of one bond will be 100,000 soums, with a term of two years, and coupon payments will be made monthly.

The placement of the issue will begin on the 15th day after the publication of the notice of state registration. If this date falls on a non-working day, the start will be moved to the next business day.

Previously, the organization conducted four bond issues. The first issue in July 2022 totaled 10 billion soums with a yield of 27% per annum, the second issue in August 2023 — 20 billion soums at the same rate, the third issue in November 2024 — 30 billion soums with a yield of 27% per annum, and the fourth issue in July 2025 — 25 billion soums with a coupon rate of 28% per annum.
