MFA: Six Uzbek citizens injured in road accident in Kyrgyzstan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan published a list of citizens of Uzbekistan, who were injured in a road accident near Kyzyl Oruk village in Issyk-Kul region (Kyrgyz Republic).

The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Bishkek provided preliminary data on the victims of the accident, which occurred on 3 August 2017.

The road accident, involving a minibus and a car, occurred in Kyzyl Oruk village of Issyk Kyl region at 11:30 on 3 August 2017. The accident occurred on 17 km of the road Balykchi-Cholpon-Ata-Kara-Kol highway.

Earlier it was reported that four citizens of Uzbekistan were injured in the accident. In the list of victims, published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, there are six people.

List of victims:

1. Orlova Elena Aleksandrovna, born in 1976;
2. Igor Orlov, born in 2006;
3. Orlova Veronika, born in 2006;
4. Li Yana Andreevna, 2004;
5. Khan Zhanna Mikhailovna, born in 1969;
6. Obydkova Lyudmila Aleksandrovna, born in 1952.

A representative of the consular department of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Kyrgyzstan left for the region to render the necessary assistance to the victims.
