Mercedes “Gelandewagen” Collides with Ambulance in Tashkent, Two Injured

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A traffic accident occurred in Tashkent involving a Mercedes-Benz G-Class SUV and an ambulance, leaving two people injured.

According to the press service of the Tashkent Traffic Safety Department, the collision took place on October 30 at around 12:45 near the former TashMI building on the Tashkent Ring Road in Yashnabad district.

Preliminary reports indicate that the 36-year-old driver of the Mercedes SUV collided with the ambulance, which was being driven by a 54-year-old man. Both individuals received first medical aid; further details about their condition have not been disclosed.

An official investigation into the incident is being conducted by the Tashkent Traffic Safety Department.
