Mercedes Benz Conecto LF bus caught fire in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A bus Mercedes-Benz Conecto LF of Route 45 has caught fire in the Mirabad district near the "Kuylik ota" stop on Ferghana Yuli Street in the morning of September 28. This was reported by the press service of Tashkent city police.

Firefighters arrived on the scene within a few minutes. The fire was liquidated by operational and coordinated actions of the personnel at 08.08 o’clock.

As a result of the fire, the engine compartment of the bus burned down. There are no victims among the people.

The assumed cause of the fire is a malfunction of the fuel system of the vehicle.
