Mercedes-Benz bus catches fire in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Mercedes-Benz Low Conecto bus catch a fire at 20:17 on 29 August in Tashkent. The bus was moving on route No. 131.

According to the Main Interior Affairs Directorate of Tashkent, the fire of the bus, belonging to the car park No. 12, occurred near the “Ziyolilar” bus-stop in Almazar district. The fire was eliminated at 20.26.

The fire occurred in the engine compartment of the bus. The cause of the fire was malfunction of the fuel system of the Mercedes-Benz Low Conecto.

As a result of the fire, no one was hurt.
