Mehr Nuri Foundation to hold campaign “Respecting Veterans”

Funds will congratulate war and labour veterans with the holiday and will hand over gifts, the press service of Mehr Nuri Foundation.

This year, the organizers are planning to congratulate over 1,000 veterans across Uzbekistan. In Tashkent, some 220 veterans will receive gifts.

Mehr Nuri Foundation and Women’s Council annually organize the campaign “Respecting Veterans” to mark Day of Remembrance and Honour and honour veterans. Since 2005, some 6,000 war and labour veterans were awarded with gifts within the campaign.
