The meeting participants will discuss issues of deepening trade, economic and humanitarian cooperation in the SCO.

The heads of governments will outline practical measures to impart new dynamics and quality to joint efforts in these areas.

They will also consider the implementation of the list of activities for the development of project activities within the framework of the SCO in 2017-2021, the formation of financial mechanisms, the revitalization of the SCO Business Council and the SCO Interbank Association.

The Heads of Governments of the SCO member states intend to sign an agreement on the procedure for the formation and implementation of the SCO budget, as well as take decisions related to the activities of the Organization.
