The resolution was adopted for further improving system of passenger transport of Tashkent city, financial-economic rehabilitation and increasing income, as well as optimizing expenses of unprofitable enterprises of Toshshahartranshizmat.
The document said that Toshshahartranshizmat and Tashkent city administration, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economy, State Competition Committee of Uzbekistan developed “road maps” on financial rehabilitation and decreasing unprofitableness of the enterprises of Toshshahartranshizmat, which envisage decrease of their unprofitableness by 17% (44.2 billion soums).
In particular, the road maps envisage measures on increasing income of enterprises through eliminating double routes, optimizing bus routes, linking buses with metro.
It is also planned to decrease prime cost via introduction of GPS to public transport, rational use of fuel and centralized procurement of spare parts, as well as optimization of other expenses.
The road maps also envisage of use of large and small buses in one route at various times, the resolution said.
The road maps were approved for Birinchi Avtokorxona, 2-avtobus saroyi, 3-avtobus saroyi, 4-avtobus saroyi, 5-sonli avtokorxon, 7-sonli avtokorxon, 8-avtobus saroyi, 12-avtobus saroyi, 18-avtobus saroyi, Toshkent Tramvayi and Tashkent Metropoliteni.
The volume of investments to these enterprises will make up 600.1 million soums. The volume of rendered services in 2014 will reach 250.6 billion soums. Expected loss will make up 42.5 billion soums in 2014.
