Max Richter to Perform in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 21 April, the International Forum Palace “Uzbekistan” in Tashkent will host a concert by one of the leading contemporary classical composers, Max Richter, dedicated to his album In A Landscape.

One of his most famous pieces, On The Nature of Daylight, was featured in Martin Scorsese’s film Shutter Island, and later in Denis Villeneuve’s Arrival and the series The Last of Us. Richter’s music has also been used in trailers for films such as Prometheus, Need for Speed, Wonder, and J. Edgar.
