Speaking of Tashkent, she noticed that she was very impressed with the landscaping and landscaping of the capital, that you can hear the birds singing in the streets - in Ankara and Istanbul, where she worked before, she did not see this. She expressed a positive opinion on measures to protect cultural heritage sites, the development of modern infrastructure, the expansion of green areas and a number of other areas.

During the conversation, they discussed the joint development of projects to organize a green transport corridor, increase the number of electric buses, as well as the implementation of projects under the Smart City concept. As you know, now in Tashkent in test mode one electric bus drives. Soon their number will reach ten. In addition, a number of innovative projects are being implemented in the capital aimed at developing the activities of various fields. The concept of “Smart City” has been developed and measures are being taken to implement it. The representative of the United Nations Development Program announced her readiness to assist in the implementation of such initiatives.

The cooperation of the Tashkent khokimiyat with the representative office of the United Nations Development Program in Uzbekistan in these matters will continue on a systematic basis.
