Malaysian investments and German equipment for the largest foreign project in he Khorezm region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Serba Dinamik, one of the well-known diversified Malaysian companies, began work on implementation of the largest investment project in the Khorezm region to build a modern energy-efficient plant for the latest European technologies for the production of caustic soda and liquid chlorine.

The project cost is US$250 million of direct foreign investment.

The presentation of this project took place during the visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Khorezm region on November 29-30, 2018

Serba Dinamik is a group of companies providing engineering services in the oil and gas, chemical and energy industries, and is also considered one of the drivers of the Malaysian industrial sector. For the practical implementation of the project, our embassy in Malaysia secured the signing of an agreement between Serba Dinamik and the world leader in the production of high-quality equipment ThyssenKrupp to equip the plant for the production of caustic soda and liquid chlorine in the FEZ Khazorasp in the framework of the Uzbek-German business forum on 14 January 2019 in Berlin, organized on the eve of the visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M. Mirziyoyev in Germany.
