“Made in Uzbekistan” Brand Presented for the First Time at International Exhibition in Iraq

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A business delegation from Uzbekistan arrived in Baghdad to participate in the “Baghdad International Fair” under the national brand Made in Uzbekistan.

The delegation includes representatives from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade, the Exporters’ Association, the Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency, the Plant Quarantine and Protection Agency, the Jewelry Industry Association, as well as JSC Uzavtosanoat, the Uzcharmsanoat Association, the Uzelteksanoat Association, entrepreneurs, and members of the media.

At the national pavilion Made in Uzbekistan, Uzbek entrepreneurs will showcase their products, with the country participating in the exhibition as an honorary guest for the first time.

During the visit, an Uzbekistan–Iraq Business Forum will be held, along with B2B and B2G meetings. The delegation will also study relevant wholesale markets, hold negotiations with local companies, and review reception points and warehouse infrastructure for products.

The delegation’s visit is expected to facilitate direct dialogue between Uzbek and Iraqi entrepreneurs, discuss mutually beneficial projects, increase exports of Uzbek products to the Iraqi market, and elevate bilateral trade and economic cooperation to a new level.
