LUKOIL Uzbekistan signs agreement on cooperation in the field of training of industry personnel
The document was signed within the framework of the International Conference on preparation and development of national personnel in international companies.
Leaders of the leading oil and gas industry enterprises, state authorities and educational institutions, representatives of human resources of large companies from Uzbekistan, Russia, Kazakhstan and foreign countries took part in the conference.
LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company implements projects within the framework of two production sharing agreements (PSAs): for the Kandym group of fields, Khauzak and Shady sites, and for deposits in the territories of South-Western Gissar.
Today, more than 2,000 people work in LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company. In the future it is planned to increase the number of employees to more than 3,000 people.
In 2016, LUKOIL and Uzbekneftegaz signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of personnel training for the oil and gas industry in Uzbekistan.
