LUKOIL produces 32bn cubic meters of gas in Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Cumulative gas production of LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company, a subsidiary of Russia’s LUKOIL Overseas, at its fields in Uzbekistan reached 32 billion cubic meters of gas as of the beginning of 2016, the materials of the company said.
As of 1 January 2016, cumulative gas production at the projects, management by LUKOIL in Uzbekistan, made up over 32 billion cubic meters, the company’s material said.
Earlier, the company reported that cumulative gas production of LUKOIL at its fields in Uzbekistan reached 26 billion cubic meters of gas as of the beginning of 2015
According to LUKOIL Uzbekistan, total volume of gas mining at Khauzak-Shady and Kuvachi-ALat in 2015 made up 4.4 billion cubic meters of gas and 16,900 tonnes of gas condensate.
Currently, LUKOIL Overseas and Uzbekneftegaz are implementing two product sharing agreements (PSAs) Kandym-Khauzak-Shady-Kungrad and Southern-Western Gissar.
In mid-term perspective (2018), LUKOIL plans to produce over 16 billion cubic meters of gas a year in Uzbekistan.
